How does Remote Engine Disable work?

Once the vehicle comes to a full stop, you can trigger engine disable from the app with one tap. The engine will not restart until the command is reversed, giving you a safe way to stop unauthorized use or recover a stolen vehicle.

What's the difference between renting and buying the device?

With Device Rental, you pay a $20 setup fee and $13.99/month, and the device must be returned if you cancel service. With Buy Your Device, you pay $50 upfront and $11.99/month, and you own the hardware outright.

What happens if I cancel my rental plan?

You can cancel anytime with no fees. On the rental plan, the GPS device must be returned once service ends.

Do I need professional installation?

Not necessarily. You can choose professional installation or install the device yourself — see the installation options above.

How much is shipping and handling?

Shipping and handling is a flat rate of $10. It is completely free for orders of 5 or more devices.
